cub cadet riding lawnmower 2140 series. was turning it over slow do to low charge on battery .?

12.10 at time. really sounds like relay because of clicking when trying to turn over. clicking is not solenoid. the fuse or relay has 5 prongs. could this be problem

I would say the battery is low. Try hooking a charger or jumper cables from your car to the battery and then start your mower. I am assuming that 12.10 is the voltage on the battery, but what is it when you try to start the mower? Does it drop to 8 or 9 volts? If so the battery may be going bad.
